On Thursday, March 10, we spent the afternoon with Uncle Dave at his condo. Uncle Dave is so creative, imaginative and so fun to be with. The girls adore him and love seeing him (as do we). Uncle Dave had all kinds of neat things to show us.
Uncle Dave is teaching the girls about electricity. He has a bunch of gears that the girls were playing with to generate electricity. Then, he put the connectors on a light bulb and the girls were able to light it. They really enjoyed this.

Tony is trying out Uncle Dave's home gym. Uncle Dave is quite the inventor and made this gym set all by himself.
Reece is doing leg extensions (with a little help from daddy).

After seeing Uncle Dave, we went back to the Yellow River Park. We got a lot of rain this week so we wanted to see how high the river was. We could not even see any of the rocks we had played on earlier in the week.
