Baby Chicks...

Riley's 2nd Grade incubated chick eggs, observed them through the whole process and then excitedly watched them hatch.  This is always a highlight of the 2nd grade at Trinity.  On Friday, May 11th the kids got to play and hold the chicks, and I was able to be a part of the special day.  Riley did not cease to amaze me with her incredible way with animals.  The chicks loved Riley and she was able to keep them calm and happy.  I think we will call her the "animal whisperer."
