Dog Lover...

Riley really loves dogs. At our churchwide Easter picnic one of the families brought their dog, Chaz. Riley fell in love with him and played with him most of the picnic and walked him around. This is the first time we have really seen her actually getting close to/interacting with a big dog. Chaz is so good around children and is a very sweet dog. Ever since the picnic, Riley is constantly asking to have playdates with Chaz. So, we had the Kim's come over one night for a cookout and they brought Chaz so Riley could play with him. She and Chaz became best buds and were playing fetch, walking together, and flat wearing each other out. Tony and I do not want a dog anytime soon, if ever, so Riley is living through our friends' dogs right now. :) The Kim's are really sweet about letting Riley spend time with Chaz. They live in the neighborhood behind ours so we have gotten together with them a couple of times to walk Chaz. It started raining but Riley did not care. She just put her raincoat on and went back outside with Chaz.
