Ice Skating

We went ice skating on Martin Luther King Jr. day (Monday, 1/16) since the girls were out of school.  Daddy had to work so I took all 3 girls by myself.  The ice skating rink was giving free lessons at the beginning of the public session.  Reece was the only one who could not skate on her own yet so we took advantage of the free lessons.  We received 3 good pointers that helped Reece and by the end of the day she was skating on her own.  The 3 pointers were 1.) Skate like you are marching or squishing bugs with your skates 2.) Look up and 3.) Lean forward and put your hands on your knees if you feel like you are going to fall.  We had a fun day and now all 3 of the girls can skate on their own!!!
